Standards of protection for minors at Holiday Inn Express Warsaw – Mokotow
Dear Young Guest,
we are glad to have you at our Hotel. Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Here are the most important rules:
• if something bad happens that concerns you – report it to a Hotel employee immediately;
• if you or another child is hurt – report it immediately to a Hotel employee;
• try to move around the Hotel with your parents or guardians;
• if you get lost or need help, report to the nearest Hotel employee;
• keep your room card in a safe place and do not share it with any stranger;
• no one is allowed to harm you, in any way;
• no one is allowed to shout at you or use violence against you;
• no one is allowed to take pictures or videos of you without your and your parents’ or guardians’ permission;
• no one is allowed to enter into any romantic or physical relationship with you;
• no one is allowed to offer you alcohol, cigarettes or illegal substances or use them in your presence;
• Hotel employees may only contact you during working hours and in connection with their work;
• no one is allowed to behave inappropriately in your presence, use vulgar words, gestures or jokes or insult anyone;
• if a stranger tries to talk to you or offers you something, immediately inform your parents/guardians or a Hotel employee.
